Tiffany McKenzie is an associate in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2016, where she was a member of The Federalist Society and served as Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Society.

Prior to law school, Tiffany worked as a law enforcement dispatcher. She began her legal career representing public safety personnel in civil litigation matters. She has since focused her practice on estate planning, probate, and real estate through the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and guidance on probate matters.

In her community, Tiffany has supported non-profit groups including the Acworth Police Community Foundation, Kennesaw Public Safety Foundation, and Austell Police Foundation with matters of formation and governance, volunteering, sponsorship, and fundraising.

A native of Douglasville, Georgia, Tiffany graduated cum laude with a degree in Mass Communications and minor in Political Science from the University of West Georgia, where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law chapter.
