Abigail M. Osgood

Abigail M. Osgood is an Associate with the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Prior to joining Gilbert Harrell Sumerford & Martin, Abby had a private practice focused on real estate and land use. She was the attorney for the Village and Planning Board of Ellenville, NY and also represented the Ellenville Public Library and Museum.

Abby earned her B.A. from the College of William and Mary and later went on to pursue a joint degree program. She graduated from Pace University School of Law cum laude, with a certificate in Environmental Law and earned her M.S. from the Bard Center for Environmental Policy.

Abby relocated to Georgia in 2021 with her husband and son. She enjoys exploring the beautiful beaches and trails of Southeast Georgia and advocating for children in the foster care system as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with CASA Glynn.

Abby is admitted to practice in New York State and Georgia.
