News Update - June 2014

Hillary S. Stringfellow served as Program Chair for the 59th co-sponsored by the Fiduciary Law Section, State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Estate Planning Committee, Georgia Bankers Association, Trust Advisory Committee and the Financial Planning Association of Georgia for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia held at the UGA Hotel and Conference Center in Athens, Georgia in February.

Hillary S. Stringfellow will present “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Administering a Small Estate But Were Afraid to Ask” for the Basic Fiduciary Practice sponsored by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (ICLE) at the State Bar of Georgia Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia on March 28, 2014.

Rees M. Sumerford a Fellow of the American Counsel of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) began his term as Co-Chairman of the Legal Education Committee in January 2014.
