Mary Emily Kinshaw
Mary Emily Kinshaw is an Associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group and Corporate Practice Group.
Mrs. Kinshaw received her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was the Executive Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review and served as a graduate teaching assistant in the Lawyering Foundations Program. She was a member of the Georgia State Moot Court Board, where her team won the Best Brief Award at the 2015 Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition. Mrs. Kinshaw, who finished second in her graduating class, was invited to join Order of the Coif, a legal honor society that extends invitations to students graduating in the top 10% of their class from member law schools.
Mrs. Kinshaw is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Glynn County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia. She practiced law in Atlanta before moving to St. Simons and joining Gilbert, Harrell, Sumerford & Martin.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Ohio State University.
