Of Counsel – Foster Lindberg is of counsel with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, having joined the firm in October of 2017. Previously Mr. Lindberg practiced law with Ligon, Lindberg & Lanier, P.C. His primary practice areas are in civil litigation in both Federal and State Courts, including disputes involving real property, estates, contracts, commercial and business transactions, and personal injury.

Mr. Lindberg has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 1987 and Kentucky since 1984. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky, with an emphasis in history and philosophy, and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Louisville School of Law, where he served on the Journal of Law and Education. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Lindberg serves for the Remedy Project, a non-profit faith based counseling and education organization.

Mr. Lindberg has been married to Cady since 1981 and has one daughter, and one son. He enjoys working out and spending time with his family.
